A Mama's Musings And Meditations

All you need is love, love is all you need.

Ewwwwww!

Tuesday, October 03, 2006

Today is one of those days.

Just after I went to bed last night the house erupted in a chorus of...puking. Ewwww. In my close to 6 years of being a mama, nothing has freaked me out more than puke. Not little baby puke, that is harmless. But stomach virus puke? I really can't take it. Usually my husband is ready to jump into action and save me from the clean-up duty but last night he was puking too. Ugh!

So I spent the night awake tending to puking children...I figured my husband could take care of himself. Only 2 out of the 3 kids have gotten sick so far...I'm keeping all my appendages crossed that the third escapes it...and that I do too.

Hey Beth-
Was that just since Laurelville. I spent last night in the bathroom. Today feels yucky but I've kept everything down.
God bless you friend. Did your friend have her babies yet?

Hey Timmy!

Apparently LOTS of folks got something at Laurelville. I have no idea what it is since it seems to have spared me and Jack...for now! I hope you are feeling better. No my friend didn't have those twins yet. She is 33 weeks pregnant today and her docs want to wait until 36 weeks now...34 would make me feel better.
